hold a Dashi (Soup stock) class.

Long Konbu (Kelp), Rishiri Konbu, Melt Konbu, Rausu Konbu,
Bonito, Urume, Mackerel, Souda Bonito,and Vegitarian soup stock..etc…
Just one time we cyan try to compare the many kind of stock.
Mr.Anno truly appreciated.

We taste of soup stock simply, so I made simple soup, Dashi egg omelette,
and mushroom rice…etc…we fully enjoyed the charm of soup stock.
