We make Three kinds of sweets(*^^*)
●Nerikiri
One of the most fundamental materials used inmaking Japanese sweets (wagashi) is Nerikiri dough.
Nerikiri dough is made from white kidney bean paste(Shiro-An) and soft Mochi (Gyuhi).
It is soft and glutinous. Easy to mold it into various shapes such as flowers, leaves and many different
artistic shapes.
●Fruit Daifuku
●Maccha chiffon cake
Finally we made the flower of the plum with a Mizuhiki.
